| The night before I reached Sognefjellet, and I was lucky to find a lodge/hotel with one bed left - here's a link to it. The next morning I woke up in some of Norway's most beautifull nature - Sognefjellet is in the same area as the highest mountains in Norway - Jotunheimen. |  The lodge on Sognefjellet |

 There is also one in Norway! on Sognefjellet there is a small triumphal arch like the new one in Paris - just much smaller... |
The road over Sognefjellet reach an altitude of 1440 m which is quite high. And because of the altitude there still snow up there in August.
From Sognefjellet I started heading home. This meant going over another pass to Øvre Årdal with a very steep descent with a lot of turns. But I finally reached Øvre Årdal and continued home. |
