Denver is the capital of Colorado and lies on the border between the prairie and the Rocky Mountains. Even though Denver is a large metropol, the atmosphere is relaxed and "laid back", and is definitely worth a visit. Besides a beautifull location at the foot of the Rocky Mountains Denver is also known for its 16th Street Mallm, a 2 km long pedestrian street.
